As you are probably aware, our new website and Register will launch on Monday, 6 May. This message provides information on how to update your details on the Register, which is an important step toward professional recognition of behaviour analysts across the UK.

From Monday, your existing account will be moved to a pending file until you provide the evidence required to be searchable on the Register. You will be able to log in to your account to attach necessary documents and to enter information that will be displayed on your Register Profile. Please note your membership expiry date will be carried across.

To login, you will need your user name or registered email address and your password. You should go to the log in page and log in as normal. You will then be able to access and amend your account profile by hovering over “dashboard” at the top right hand corner of the screen via “My Dashboard”. You will see a box entitled “Important Links” with a list of links to make changes to your profile.

In your profile, you should upload all of the information to support your chosen membership level. Please make any changes to your profile you believe are appropriate (e.g. contact number, areas of experience etc). Once you have made your changes and uploaded the required documents, you should email us at [email protected] to let us know that you have updated your profile. We will then begin the process of checking your documents and verifying your membership category. Instruction on what is required of you to be searchable on the voluntary register is given on the page “UK-SBA Register Requirements” on the new website.

Once you are approved, you will receive an acknowledgement email and you will be searchable on the Register.

To ensure you have all the required documents prior to logging into your profile, please see the evidence criteria below for each membership category:

Renewals

For those of you who need to renew your Membership, don't worry! You can also do this from Monday via the new website.

Please update your profile as quickly as you can. The faster we populate the Register, the sooner families, schools, care homes and other consumers can access behaviour analytic services.

We appreciate your patience while we process your membership documents and hope you will find the UK-SBA Register a valuable resource.

Best wishes,

The UK-SBA Board
